New order editing section

In the new version of the component JKassa – 2.2.2, significant changes were made in the "Creating and editing an order" section of the buyer. Also, some improvements have been made to the elements of the list of orders.

Now creating and editing an order has become even easier and more convenient!

Below is a list of tabs in the "Creating and editing an order" section of the buyer.

Tab: Order Details

This tab contains a list of products in the order with their price, with the price of delivery, with the value of discounts and the total cost of the order. Also, on this tab are the main parameters of the order:

  • Order number
    It is created automatically when you create an order or when you change the method of payment.
  • Description
    It is created automatically when you create an order, but you can change it if necessary.
  • Order status
    When you create an order, it is set as "New" or "Successful" (for offline payment, depending on the component settings) or automatically changed by the payment system (for online payment). You can manually change the status of the order.
  • Order currency
    The currency in which the order was placed. When you create an order from the administrative section is selected currency, the one that is set by default for the store. This value cannot be changed.
  • Language
    The language in which the order was made. Does not carry the actual application.

Tab: Buyer

New (improved) tab "Buyer" displays the data of the buyer, which were specified by him when placing the order (if this is not a new order). When you click the "Change" or "Add" button, the fields from the "Contact details" block of the order form (installed by default) will appear. When selecting a registered Joomla user, some fields can be filled in automatically from his profile.

To add a product with a personal discount for a specific user, you must first select it in the "Buyer" tab. Otherwise, the discount will be set for a user group for Guests (see Joomla User Options).

Tab: Payment

In the new (improved) "Payment" tab displays information about the selected customer payment method (if it is not a new order). When you click the "Edit" or "Add" button, a drop-down list will appear with the payment methods created in the order form (default) in the block of the same name. If the payment method has associated form fields, they will be shown when choosing this payment method.

To order, you must select one of the payment methods.

Tab: Delivery

In the new (improved) tab "Delivery" displays information about the selected delivery method the buyer (unless it is a new order). When you click "Edit" or "Add" drop-down list will appear with the shipping methods created in the form of the order (the default) in the eponymous bloc. If the delivery method has associated form fields, they will be shown when this delivery method is selected.

For some modes of delivery require the buyer the choice of location. In the opposite case, you will receive a warning: "Location not found".

Tab: Advanced Options

This tab contains additional order parameters:

  • Message to the buyer
    If checked, the buyer will be sent a notification about the change in the status of the order.
  • Note to buyer
    This note will be shown in the buyer's account, in the list of orders. Also, the note can be sent to the buyer in the notification "Order Status".
  • Message to the administrator
    If checked, a notification about the status change of the order will be sent to administrators.
  • Administrator's note
    This note will be shown in the "Payments / Orders" section, in the list of orders. Also, a note can be sent to the administrator in the "Order Status" notification.
  • Partner ID
    The identifier of the partner who provided the link to the buyer.

Tab: Publish Settings

This tab shows the publishing parameters such as: creation date, modification date, who changed the order and order ID.

Attention! After working with the elements of the order - save the changes for the entire order.
